About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential in supporting kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in a timely and thorough manner
Remove rubbish and maintain general cleanliness of back-of-house areas
Assist with stock organisation and deliveries as required
Follow food safety and OH&S; procedures at all times

Experience & Skills Required




Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential
Robust work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided if needed)
