Restaurant Manager – Jurien Bay Beach Café

Jurien Bay Beach Café is a high‑volume coastal venue known for excellent coffee, fresh food, and friendly service. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, drive daily operations, and uphold the warm, community-focused atmosphere our customers love.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily café and restaurant operations
Lead, train, roster, and support front‑of‑house and kitchen teams
Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and workplace standards
Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administration
Support continuous improvement in workflow, service speed, and venue presentation

About You




Proven hospitality management experience (café or restaurant)
Solid leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to work calmly in a quick-paced environment
Hands-on, practical, and solutions-focused
Comfortable managing staff, systems, and customer expectations
Available for a mix of weekdays and weekends
