We are an established fan manufacturing business based in Seven Hills looking for an experienced welder/fabricator to join our workshop.

We need someone who is confident with welding, light fabrication and rolling sheet metal as a plus. The work is wide-ranging and includes manufacturing fan tubes for commercial fans and assembling associated parts for ourfan and ventilation components. We also repair and recreate parts from drawings or existing samples.

The role will include:

MIG welding mild steel

Light fabrication and assembly

Rolling metal to different diameters

Cutting, drilling, grinding and preparing materials

Working from basic drawings, measurements and samples

Manufacturing and repairing fan components

Checking your own work and keeping the workshop tidy

Helping with other general workshop jobs when required

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous welding and fabrication experience





Can operate sheet-metal rollers

Can measure accurately and work independently

Takes pride in producing neat, robust and accurate work

Is reliable, punctual and easy to work with

Is happy working as part of a small team where everyone helps out

A trade qualification would be helpful, but practical experience and the quality of your work are more significant to us.

Pay will be discussed based on your experience and capabilities.
