About the Role

Our client is a progressive, mid-sized accounting firm based in Bondi Junction seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team.

The role is focused on Business Services and Tax and offers significant client exposure. You'll work closely with clients across accounting, taxation and business matters while continuing to develop towards a future management position.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns.
Manage accounting and taxation requirements across a portfolio of clients.
Meet with clients and provide advice on taxation and business matters.
Assist with tax planning and compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage multiple engagements, priorities and deadlines.
Support and provide guidance to junior team members where required.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
Solid technical knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation.




CA or CPA qualification is highly regarded.
Robust Business Services and Tax experience.
Confidence meeting with and advising clients.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Solid organisational skills and ability to work independently.
Positive attitude with the ambition to progress towards Manager level.
Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
