We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team.

No experience or qualification is required. Be prepared to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support, as a trainee (study and gain experience on-the-job).





We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in current residents.

What we are seeking:
Have a great attitude
Be reliable
Willingness to learn and work
Ability to pass/present a transparent National Police Check, or willing to obtain one
Working Rights in Australia (to complete the traineeship you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Have regular availability (minimum 4 days a week)
Good communication skills
Want to work and care for the elderly?

Services - Unskilled (not qualified)
Bed making, room tidying up
Domestic Assistance
Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning
Bathroom cleaning/tidy up.
Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
Complete documentation
Follow policies and procedures
Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
