Pastry Chef / Baker – Evening Shift (7pm–12am, Monday to Friday)

Wildflour Bakery – Canberra

Wildflour Bakery is looking for a Pastry Chef/Baker to join our morning production team. We are an established bakery with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and a positive working workplace.

This role is suited to someone with a genuine interest in pastry or baking, who is reliable and comfortable with evening work. We are happy to provide training for the right person, so long as they bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working alongside our production team, you will assist with preparing and baking pastries, biscuits, and some breads. The shift runs from, 2am to 10am , providing stable, consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake pastries, biscuits, and breads
Follow established recipes and production procedures




Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Work effectively within a small team to meet production timelines

What We’re Looking For
Some experience in baking or pastry (commercial or apprenticeship)
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Reliability and consistency with evening shifts
Ability to work well in a small, cooperative team
Willingness to learn our methods and standards
