Strathpine GP Superclinic has an exciting chance for an enthusiastic and passionate receptionist. We are ideally seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join a close-knit team of receptionist, nurses and doctors.
We are looking for a team member who:
Ideally has at least 1 year general practice medical reception experience or similar
Prior experience with Best Practice or Medical Director preferred
Knowledge of Medicare Billing System (MBS), WorkCover, DVA & HICAPS.
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Is friendly, caring, compassionate and professional
Has the ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
Has solid communication and interpersonal skills
Has positive attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Available for 7am starts.
Available for 7pm finishes (Mondays only)
Participation in a rotating roster on the weekends & public holidays
