We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across SOPO Southport and Club Paradise in Surfers Paradise.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment and take pride in providing outstanding service to members and guests.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver a welcoming and enjoyable experience across our bars, dining areas, functions and events.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and effective service to members and guests.
Taking food and beverage orders and operating point-of-sale systems.
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Running meals, clearing tables and maintaining clean service areas.
Assisting with functions, events and busy service periods.
Handling payments and cash accurately.
Following responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Responding to customer enquiries and escalating concerns when required.
Supporting other team members to ensure smooth venue operations.

About You

We are looking for applicants who have:




A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.
A professional and well-presented manner.
Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
A current Queensland RSA certificate.

Previous experience in bars, restaurants, clubs, functions or gaming venues will be highly regarded. A current RSG certificate is desirable but not essential for all positions.
