Head Barista | Full-Time | Cedar Street Cafe

Cedar Street Cafe is seeking an experienced, high-energy Head Barista to lead our coffee team and drive exceptional specialty coffee service.

The Role:
Oversee daily espresso operations, dial-in consistency, and high-volume workflow with speed and precision.
Manage coffee inventory, bean ordering, supplier relationships, and routine machine maintenance.
Mentor and train junior baristas on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art standards.
Maintain strict quality control, workstation cleanliness, and seamless morning peak service.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of senior barista or Head Barista experience in high-volume venues.
Advanced grinder calibration, extraction profiling, and equipment troubleshooting skills.
Robust leadership, explicit communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Full availability for early morning shifts, including weekends.
