We have an chance available for a Retail Manager at Specsavers Fairfield Gardens.

A successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
Providing front of house support to Retail Partners by managing daily operations of the store and embedding company values
Implementing roster changes and driving sales through KPIs
Coaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
Assisting the retail team with customer service, pre-testing and dispensing
Supporting the Retail Director in complaint resolution
Maintaining store presentation standards and stock managemen
Excellent verbal and written skills.
The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships.
Exceptional organisational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
