About the Role:
Strong background in retail sales, customer service, or mobile accessories (at least 1 year of experience preferred).
A genuine passion for mobile technology with the ability to build trust and recommend the right solutions for customers.
Previous experience in mobile phone repairs (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, and similar) is highly valued, but we also welcome those who are eager to learn, adapt, and implement new skills.
Reliable, dedicated, and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
Flexibility to work at least one weekend day if required.
Outstanding attention to detail, with pride in the quality of your work.
Solid ability to achieve sales targets, work in a team, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
