At Alumicorp & Brisbane Express Powder Coating, we believe skills can be taught, but integrity and good character are what matter most. We are looking for responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting customer enquiries, and assisting the Sales team business operations.
Qualifications:
Can speak English fluently & be able to communicate with customers/staff
Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional assistance.
Prepare quotations, sales documents, and support customer order processing.
Follow up customer requests and coordinate requirements with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and administrative documentation.
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer service requirements.
Solid communication and customer relationship skills.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
Previous experience in sales, administration, or a related industry is an advantage.
