As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be providing one on one support to NDIS participants to help them live independently, safely, and meaningfully. your day may include:
Supporting individuals with personal care,daily routines, or community access.
Promoting social, emotional, and functional skills.
Encouraging independence and celebrating progress




Following person centred support plans and working in collaboration with families and professionals.
Using empathy and initiative to respond intuitively to each persons needs

What We Looking For

Ability to build solid rapport with participants and families.
Flexibility and emotional intelligence.
A trauma- informed and person-centred approach.
Experience in Disability, youth work, or mental health(preferred but not essential).

Minimum Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With children Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
Cert lll or higher in Individual support, community Services or Similar (preferred)

Pay: $26.44 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
