Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Per Year plus Super

Total Body Contouring is seeking a passionate and dedicated Beauty Therapist / Body Contouring Specialist to join our team in Manuka, ACT. This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to work in a professional, client-focused setting. You will be at the forefront of delivering specialised body contouring treatments and beauty therapies that help our clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals. This role is essential to our business, as you will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the beauty and body contouring industry.

What you'll be doing
Provide qualified body contouring treatments using current industry techniques and technology
Deliver a range of beauty therapy services including facials, skin treatments and other spa therapies
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, concerns and desired outcomes
Maintain detailed client records and provide personalised treatment plans
Ensure all treatment areas are sanitised and prepared to the highest hygiene standards
Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations




Stay informed about new treatments, products and industry developments
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings
Contribute to a welcoming and professional clinic atmosphere

What we're looking for
Current qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised certification
At least one year of experience in delivering body contouring treatments and beauty therapy services
Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and appropriate treatment protocols
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Qualified demeanour with a commitment to client confidentiality and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
