We are looking for a Sous Chef / Second in charge at a new winery, opening in the coming months.

If so, we're on the hunt for a skilled, motivated kitchen leader to join our kitchen team at our new winery venue, just outside San Remo in beautiful regional Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and passion. This will be a greenfield venue that will thrive on a farm to table style offer and wood fired cooking techniques. Working alongside our highly skills team serving seasonal house-made specialities and great customer focussed food.

What you'll bring:
Solid experience running a high-volume kitchen
A valuable understanding of seasonal produce practices and fine dining cuisine
A leader in food safety, people management & general kitchen procedures
Strong knife skills and a sharp eye for presentation




Experience with baking and produce harvesting / pickling / bottling
A team-first attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure
Genuine passion for great food and great hospitality
