Skills, Experience & Attributes

We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion, and energy to Ms Frankie. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proficiency in managing a high-performing bar team.
Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, rapid-paced setting.




Must have knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
Available to work across both venues
Wine knowledge is advantageous.
Drive for beverage service and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Must be able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Must have a valid RSA certificate.
Available Friday to Sunday, approximately 38 hours per week.
