The Catering Project Group is looking for a energetic experienced Kitchen Hand who thrives in a busy kitchen and variety of duties. Close to public transport. Operating 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our residents.
NO late nights.

Responsibilities and Duties
Dishwashing, cleaning tools, equipment and the facility,
taking ownership of cleanliness standards, achieving high scores,
removing kitchen waste and correctly handling organic waste,
maintaining cold storage areas & dry store,
organisign and checking deliveries,
supporting chefs in basic food preparation duties and stocking the kitchen.

high cleanliness standards
availability to work 7-day rotating roster
(most volume business occurs on weekday)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.18 – $47.39 per hour
