Job brief

We are looking for a qualified duty manager with exceptional customer service skills to maintain the standard of our food & beverage service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the front of house areas.

Key Accountabilities
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to operational challenges
Ensure our shifts run smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain standards.
Responsibility for the security of our premises

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role for a licensed premises
Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms
Solid interpersonal skills and communication skills
Able to problem solve in time critical circumstances.




Demonstrated food & beverage knowledge
Cash-handling skills
Willingness to work a roster that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays
Full working rights within Australia

Qualifications

· Hold a current Approved Managers (unrestricted) license

· Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
