About the Roles

ARC Staff is currently recruiting experienced Grounds Maintenance Workers for several ongoing positions across ACT/NSW

These positions offer approximately 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with ongoing work available for reliable candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be working as part of a grounds maintenance team carrying out duties including:
Lawn mowing and ride-on mowing
Whipper snipping and brush cutting
Hedging and pruning
Blowing and general site clean-up
Maintaining gardens and landscaped areas
Operating commercial grounds maintenance equipment
General gardening and grounds maintenance

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who:




Ideally have previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience,
Have a solid work ethic and positive attitude
Have a current driver's licence
Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Are reliable and punctual
Are genuinely looking for consistent ongoing work
Own PPE

You will need:
A current Police Check or willing to obtain one
Asbestos awareness and Silica card
A Working With Children Card may be required.

Immediate start available.

Pay: $34.00 – $34.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
