3 year of relevant work experience required for this role

The successful candidate will ideally possess:
Excellent customer service
Previous guest services experience in a 4+ star setting
Display exceptional communication skills
Work well under pressure
Service orientated
Must be able to work weekends, nights and public holidays
Impeccable grooming standards
Valuable spoken English
Excellent teamwork
Outgoing and friendly
Have the right to work in Australia
