Lone Star Rib House is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team!
We are looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who can take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations, lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant, including:
Leading and motivating the Front of House and Kitchen teams
Managing daily restaurant operations and service
Delivering consistently high customer service and food quality
Managing staff rosters, labour and productivity
Training, coaching and developing team members
Managing guest feedback and resolving customer concerns
Ensuring food safety, WHS, RSA and company standards are followed
Monitoring sales, costs, wastage and overall restaurant performance
Managing opening and closing procedures
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Working closely with Supervisors and senior management to achieve business goals
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management experience
Has solid leadership and people-management skills
Is confident managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
Can lead by example and remain calm under pressure
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Understands labour, sales and cost control
Is organised, reliable and commercially minded
Takes pride in restaurant presentation and operational standards
Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Holds a current RSA certificate, where required
