Little Sutton Bakehouse is opening in Deakin and we are looking for an experienced barista to join our current team.

We are after someone who loves coffee, enjoys working with people and can bring good energy to a busy morning service.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has previous barista experience in a busy café environment
Is confident working on a commercial espresso machine
Can produce consistent espresso and milk-based coffees
Works quickly without compromising quality
Has solid communication and customer service skills
Takes initiative and doesn’t need to be constantly directed
Is clean, organised and reliable
Works well under pressure and as part of a team
Has a genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
Is available across weekdays and weekends

Pay rates are in accordance with the relevant award. Junior rates may apply depending on age

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour
