Il Molo Italian Kitchen & Bar is looking for a talented and reliable Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team in Bulimba.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality pizzas, enjoys working in a busy kitchen, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pizza station.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing pizza dough, sauces and toppings
Stretching, topping and cooking pizzas to specification
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation
Managing the pizza station during busy service
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with general kitchen duties when required
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous pizza chef or pizza-making experience




Can work efficiently in a busy service workplace
Takes pride in food quality and presentation
Has robust attention to detail
Works well as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual and qualified
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Italian restaurant experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to experienced pizza chefs from other backgrounds.
