About the role

Telecom Engineer – Internal/External Design is to deliver exceptional service to the business. This person would thrive on challenges in a high paced setting, has a passion for Design processes. In addition, we're after someone with valuable design knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be a team player.

Key responsibilities
Deliver high productivity and quality design by following the design standards




Implement and standardise Design processes including Quality control
Provide best solutions and be a point of escalation for the team
Deliver high-quality design within given time
Deliver cost effective design solutions
Meet all KPIs in terms of productivity, Quality and process compliances
Work with team and manager to improve Productivity and Quality
Produce Designs to support weekly/monthly targets
