Lehem Brasserie is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our team.

Position: Cook
Employment: Full time
Locations: Lehem Brasserie Kingscliff, NSW
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per annum + superannuation

Key responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and established standards
Preparing ingredients and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
Preparing café and bakery menu items
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
Working efficiently within a busy kitchen and bakery environment
Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service

Skills and experience:
Relevant cookery qualification or equivalent relevant experience




Previous experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen minimum 2 years .
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team

The successful applicant will be offered a full time position with an annual salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
