Your key responsibilities:
Maintaining hygiene standards and general cleaning of the kitchen
Washing of dishes, pots & pans
Garbage removal & control
Assisting chefs with food preparation
Following & maintaining recycling processes

What we are looking for:
A team player with a positive attitude




Ability to work all hours/days starting at 7am for breakfast service and finishing at 10pm for dinner service
Someone who enjoys a quick passed environment
Physically capable as this is a demanding job
