The majority of our work is within the rail industry, servicing projects both locally and across regional Queensland. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated, reliable people to join our team and be part of our continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

● Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit

● Recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new employees

● Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation

● Coordinate staff inductions, training, licences and competency records

● Manage probation periods and performance reviews

● Assist with employee relations, workplace concerns and disciplinary matters

● Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures

● Support workplace health, safety and compliance requirements

● Assist with leave, attendance and employee entitlements





● Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information

● Work closely with management and supervisors to maintain a positive and skilled workplace

● Ensure HR processes are consistent, fair and compliant with Australian workplace requirements

About you:

● Previous HR experience essential

● Experience in civil, earthmoving, construction, mining or a similar industry highly regarded

● Excellent communication and organisational skills

● Robust attention to detail

● Confident handling sensitive and difficult conversations

● Professional, approachable and fair

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Strong understanding of workplace policies and procedures
