About the role

Nairne Vet is a family owned, rapid paced clinic in the Adelaide Hills. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team in either a Maternity Leave Locum role or a Permanent Part Time position. The role is available 3–4 days per week, plus a rotating Saturday roster, supporting our team across general practice, surgery, inpatient care, and client communication.

Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care
Support across general practice, surgery, inpatient care, and client communication
Work in anaesthesia, surgical support, and patient monitoring
Work autonomously and within a tight knit team
Communicate effectively with clients

About you
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified nurse
Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Calm, confident, and organised in a busy clinical setting




Comfortable working autonomously and within a tight knit team
An excellent communicator with strong client facing skills
Experienced in anaesthesia, surgical support, and patient monitoring
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
