Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to support the Management team in a quick-paced, high-volume café.

We are a well-established venue with over 10 years of trade, known for quality coffee, all-day breakfast and lunch, and a solid, consistent team.

We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service and an upbeat positive energy to lead by example. Someone who loves hospitality and enjoys what they do!

Key Responsibilities
Support management in leading and developing the team
Maintain high standards across food, coffee, and customer service
Assist with stock control, ordering and compliance
Work to KPIs including labour, cost control, and performance
Step up to run shifts and manage the venue when required

About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy café
Previous leadership experience in a similar role
Robust coffee knowledge and service standards




Confident working across front of house and kitchen when needed
Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative
Great customer service and respectful coworker
Available weekends
Full Australian working rights
