Roof Plumber Team Leader – Residential Roofing

JLR Roofing is a growing residential roofing business servicing all areas of Adelaide. We have a great young team, plenty of quality work, and a strong reputation for quality, workmanship and attention to detail.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Roof Plumber / Roofer to step into a Team Leader role and lead a crew on a full time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has robust leadership skills and wants to be part of a growing business with plenty of opportunity to develop.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a small crew while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your experience should include:
Domestic roofing
Fascia and gutter installation
Roof laying and repairs
Flashing and waterproofing
Leading and working alongside a team
Training and passing on your knowledge to team members
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will have:




3+ years’ experience in domestic roofing / roof plumbing
Strong knowledge of fascia, guttering, flashing and roof installation
The ability to lead, train and motivate a crew
A high attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
The ability to work well within a team or independently
A great attitude and strong work ethic
Your own reliable transport
Your own tools (some tools can be provided)
A current White Card
Working at Heights and EWP tickets are preferred but not essential
