Assistant Night Manager Full-Time | Overnight Role

Our hotel never sleeps, and neither does outstanding guest experience. We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Night Manager to support the hotel's smooth overnight operations, lead the night team, and be the go-to person when it matters most.

What you’ll be doing:

No two nights are the same, but your core responsibilities will include:
Supporting and supervising the Night Audit and Front Office overnight operations
Completing Night Audit
Acting as the senior manager on duty overnight, handling guest concerns and incidents with professionalism and care
Ensuring accurate completion of night audit procedures, reports, and financial reconciliation
Maintaining hotel security and safety standards throughout the night
Communicating effectively with day teams to ensure smooth handovers
Supporting team members, leading by example, and keeping morale strong during overnight shifts

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit




Solid problem-solving skills and confidence working independently
Excellent communication and guest service skills
A natural sense of responsibility and leadership
Ability to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Working rights in Australia
