About the role

We are looking for reliable and experienced Service Cleaners to join our team for immediate start, supporting a large client across residential properties including apartments, houses and other facilities. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You will be responsible for attending daily service call-outs and exit cleans across Brisbane and surrounding Council areas, completing cleaning and presentation works, removing rubbish where required and ensuring each property is left clean, secure and ready for the next occupant. You will work across different locations throughout the day, so this role suits someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities
Completing exit cleans and service cleans of apartments, houses and other client properties.
Attending and completing daily service call-outs within required timeframes.
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and other areas of residential properties.
Completing detailed cleaning to ensure properties are ready for handover or re-occupation.




Removing and disposing of rubbish and unwanted items where required.
Completing carpet cleaning where required.
Assisting with the ordering, handling and distribution of cleaning materials, toilet requisites and other consumables where required.

About you
Previous cleaning experience, preferably in exit cleans, residential cleaning or commercial cleaning.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs or locations throughout the day.
A solid eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work.
The ability to respond to service requests and complete jobs within required timeframes.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual cleaning and rubbish removal.
A current driver's licence and reliable transport, where required.
A willingness to complete any required client screening, police checks or other compliance requirements.
