We have two immediate openings for Customer Service Professionals to join a reputable Transport & Logistics company located in West Melbourne. Own your own portfolio of clients, and make this role your own!

The jobs:
Liaising with clients & managing your own portfolio (containers / freight - rail, road & sea)
Ensuring customer freight is booked, delivered on time and invoiced
Tracking and monitoring freight, liaising with internal operations and transport team
Entering customer data is entered into the system
Troubleshooting customer queries
Commence as a Temp with a view to permanent - Full time hours

The person:
Excellent work ethic
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent keyboard and system skills
TRANSPORT experience would be ideal, particulary in wharf cartage.
