MSP Built is a purpose‑driven carpentry company working across Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs. We specialise in all aspects of carpentry, including lock‑up, fix, cladding, decks and pergolas on new builds and multi‑unit developments.

We’re a small, tight‑knit team built on family values, discipline, respect, and a genuine commitment to growth. We believe in doing things properly, learning from challenges and becoming better every day. You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning practical skills while developing the ability to think through problems calmly and find effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a second, third, fourth year apprentice or a qualified carpenter.



We hire for character first, skills second. If you have the right mindset, we can teach you the rest.

To succeed in this role, you must:
Be willing to learn and practice essential carpentry skills on the job
Show discipline, initiative, and a solid work ethic
Maintain a safe work setting (White Card required)
Set up and maintain tools for your supervising carpenter
Work well in a team and communicate respectfully
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to your own growth
Hold a valid driver’s licence

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (overtime when required)
