We are a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located in Perth CBD. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused Marketing Officer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic education environment, with a combination of marketing, student support and administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our courses and services
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok and other digital channels)
Create engaging marketing content and promotional campaigns
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
Conduct student consultations and assist with enrolment processes
Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation
Assist with student examinations and academic administration
Support the Admissions team with day-to-day operations
Coordinate marketing events, open days and promotional activities
Provide reception support when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in marketing, customer service,



education or administration
Experience within the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector is highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
