Psychologist | Occupational Therapist | Mental Health Social Worker
Join a growing, values-led practice.
We're looking for an experienced clinician to join us as we grow a recent area of Dandelion and Orchid Therapeutic Support (DOTS). Our current team has a particular passion for working with children, young people and families, with a solid focus on neurodiversity and neuroaffirming practice and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape where this service goes next, not step into a service that's already been built.
No two days look the same. You might spend a morning delivering therapy via telehealth, take a walk-and-talk session with a child, young person or family in the community after lunch, consult with a school, GP or psychiatrist, and finish the day in supervision or planning sessions and groups with colleagues.
Our Approach
At DOTS, we work within a person-centred, recovery-oriented,
trauma-informed and neuroaffirming framework. We believe in supporting people to build on their strengths, exercise genuine choice, and live with dignity and independence and we hold ourselves to the same standard of care, respect and collaboration within our own team.
Our Vision
Our vision is to deliver person-centred support that conscientiously meets the needs of our community. We are building a skilled and diverse team who value quality practice, collaboration and a focus on long-term outcomes.
The Role
We welcome clinicians who share our existing areas of interest, as well as those who bring different experience, specialist knowledge or ideas that could broaden the services we provide.
