About the role

Total Garden Management Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the gardens and soft landscaping of our clients Bay side (Brighton-Middle Park) and Eastern suburbs (Kew- Tempelstowe). If you have a passion for horticulture and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing
Perform regular gardening and landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and plant care
Assist with the installation and establishment of recent gardens, trees, and shrubs
Identify and treat plant pests and diseases
Operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and in a safe manner

What we're looking for
Experience preferred but not necessary
Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant health, and gardening techniques
Ability to operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
A willingness to learn
