We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Passive Fire team as a Qualified Carpenter / Or Qualified Plasterer.

No prior experience in Passive Fire is required as we provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent prospect for those looking to start a career within the fire industry and learn valuable skills in maintenance.

About You:

Are you the person TFD needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be!
Certificate III in Carpentry or Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining
Current C class driver’s license
Dedicated commitment to Australian standards, regulations, and safe work practices
Proven computer literacy, tablet and smart phone

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and Test Service Penetrations to relevant codes and standards (training provided).
Install and maintain Fire Stopping for Service Penetrations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Repair and maintain existing Passive Fire Stopping as needed.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and protected work workplace.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
