Accommodation Offer in Exchange for Work I have a comfortable, furnished one-bedroom flat located on a horse farm, just 10 minutes from Mareeba FNQLD on the Cairns side. In exchange for accommodation, we are looking for a single or couple to assist in some handyman jobs ,also stablehand work with horses. Hours to be discussed. Depending on single or a couple on application. Handyman - Spraying paddocks for weeds - Slashing paddocks - Checking electric fencing - Gardening - Fixing irrigation pipes - Feeding horses as needed - General handyman tasks Please note that many of these tasks will be done as needed rather than on a weekly schedule. Stablehand Duties Only small amount when required - feeding of horses -making feeds up - small amount of cleaning stables. Experience with horses preferred.
