we’re seeking a quotation for our current commercial tenancy for our private PT studio.

scope of works includes:

• all main walls to be painted from white to black
• tiles in the kitchenette to be painted
• entire bathroom tiles to be painted black (no showers/wet areas - toilet and basin only) can’t be seen in photo of bathroom but tile wall is to the left. tiles above cabinet need to be painted black too. bathroom door and frame painted black.
• inside walls of both toilet cubicles to be painted dark (colour TBD - to match feature wall in seating area, confirmed closer to works commencing)

preparation (as standard):

• washing down all surfaces and removing dust, dirt and surface contaminants
• sanding, gap filling and patching to required areas (rheres a medium sized mirror on one wall we need removed - not the main large one. and a small mirror in study nook.

We would also like the cabinets in the kitchennette to be painted dark inside and out.

Vents on the roof all to be painted black, all powerpoints to be painted black.



Our branding for our business is black and gold with a premium vibe, so basically we need everything entirely blacked out before adding golden lighting. Including distribution boxes ect, everything from floor to roof.

• protecting and covering floors and surrounding surfaces
• applying primer/sealer/undercoat where required (particularly for tile surfaces going from white/light to black)
• two coats of quality topcoat paint to all nominated surfaces

please note this involves a colour change from light to dark on both walls and tiles, so please advise if additional coats or specialist primer are needed for full coverage.
