TE Build is a family owned and operated bespoke residential building company.

We are seeking an experienced and like-minded carpenter to join our agile team.

Key Responsibilities

· Hands on carpentry work across our various projects

· Work in collaboration with Site Foreman

· Have a deep understanding of the project scope

· Read and interpret architectural plans

· Work with and guide apprentices

· Work in collaboration with onsite trades to complete scheduled tasks

· Maintain and ensure the smooth running of the site

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on carpenter, working on high end residential projects, custom designed homes and renovations

· Must have proven quality carpentry skills and outstanding quality of work

· Keen eye for detail

· Must have own transport and carpentry tools

· Ability to read construction drawings and plans





· The ability to work independently and as a member of a team

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Basic computer literacy (all operations run through Google Drive)

· Neat and tidy

· Follow and support WHS standards - positive and supportive to a strong safety culture
