Disability Support Worker – Mungindi QLD

Assigned Guardian Angels (AGA) is seeking a reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a participant in Mungindi, QLD.

Regular Weekly Shifts - $36.81 per hour
Monday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM (4.5 hours)
Friday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)

Total: 10.5 hours per week

About the Role

The role may include:
Supporting the participant with daily living activities
Community access and social participation
Attending appointments and activities where required
Providing companionship and person-centred support
Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
Completing progress notes following each shift
Following the participant's care plan and support requirements
About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, patient and compassionate




Available consistently for the above three shifts
Comfortable working independently
A explicit and respectful communicator
Experienced in disability or community support
Committed to providing person-centred care

Requirements

Applicants should have or be willing to provide:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Police Check
Current driver's licence
Reliable vehicle
Relevant disability/support work experience preferred
