EXPERIENCED LABOURER OR CARPENTER WANTED

Humphrey Building is looking for an experienced labourer or carpenter to work alongside me on a range of residential building and carpentry projects around the Perth metro area.

The work will include:
Timber framing and general carpentry
Decks, pergolas and carports
Cladding and roofing
Renovations and maintenance work
Demolition and site preparation
General labouring and site clean-up

The right person must:
Have residential building or carpentry experience
Be reliable, hardworking and able to work unsupervised
Have their own transport
Have basic tools and appropriate workwear
Hold a current White Card
Take pride in their work and maintain a clean job site

Carpentry qualifications are preferred but not essential for an experienced labourer. Initially casual/subcontract work, with the potential for ongoing work for the right person.

Pay will depend on experience, skills and whether you have your own tools.

Work is mainly around Scarborough and the Perth metro area.
