We’re looking for the right Support Worker in Current Norfolk. Pacific Home Care Solutions is looking for a female Disability Support Worker to support an NDIS participant for two regular shifts each week. For us, this one is really about finding the right match. We’re looking for someone who is caring, reliable, easy to talk to and genuinely enjoys supporting people to maintain their independence. Someone who enjoys nature, flowers or gardening would be a great fit. The role includes personal care, meal preparation, light household support, shopping and community access. Location: Current Norfolk, TAS Hours: Approximately 6 hours per week initially Shifts: Two weekday shifts, with afternoons preferred Requirements: Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and relevant worker checks There may also be opportunities for additional hours as we continue to grow our supports in the area.
