Step into an HVAC Project Engineer role with a well-established Queensland mechanical services contractor, where Morson Edge is partnering with the business to appoint a key member of their engineering and project delivery team.
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, working on a range of commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role will suit an experienced Mechanical Engineer who enjoys combining technical engineering with project management and client interaction.

What you'll be doing
Design and coordinate HVAC systems in line with relevant standards and project requirements
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and delivery
Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
Conduct site visits, inspections and assess project requirements
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports and client presentations
Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard

Skills & experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience within the HVAC industry
Previous experience managing HVAC projects from design through to delivery
Strong understanding of HVAC design principles,



standards and regulations
Experience with relevant HVAC design software and engineering tools
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of health and safety requirements across HVAC projects
Full Australian work rights required
