Workshop / Manufacturing Workers

Day Shift & Evening Shift Available

Wainwright is a growing Australian facade and cladding company, and we're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our manufacturing team in Canberra.

We're expanding our workshop operations and have positions available across two permanent shifts:

Day Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
Evening Shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team and want to be part of a growing business.

The Role

You'll be working in our workshop manufacturing architectural facade and cladding products for major construction projects across Australia.

Your work may include:
Operating workshop machinery and equipment
CNC operation
Cutting, folding and preparing aluminium and cladding products
Assembly and fabrication
Packing and preparing materials for site
General workshop duties
Quality checking finished products
Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe

Who We're Looking For

Previous workshop,



manufacturing, construction or fabrication experience is great, but attitude and reliability are just as significant to us.

We're looking for people who:
Turn up on time and are reliable
Work hard and take pride in what they produce
Have good attention to detail
Work well within a team
Are willing to learn
Want reliable, ongoing work
Want to grow with the business

Training will be provided for the right people.
