Deck Restoration Worker Wanted – Full Training Provided

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team long-term.

No deck restoration experience is required. Full training will be provided. You just need to be comfortable using basic power tools, willing to learn, and prepared for physical outdoor work.

What we’re looking for:
Hardworking and reliable
Willing to work 5–6 days per week
Comfortable using power tools
Australian driver license required
Willing to travel to different job sites around Melbourne
Looking for long-term employment
Punjabi-speaking applicants are welcome, as Punjabi is commonly spoken within our team

For the right person, we may also be able to provide a work vehicle.

The work includes deck sanding, pressure washing, timber preparation, oiling/staining and general deck restoration work.

This is a positive chance for someone who wants reliable, ongoing work and is willing to learn a skilled trade.
