We are looking for a reliable, experienced Carpenter / Maintenance Carpenter to join our team. We carry out a range of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and renovation works, so we’re looking for someone who can turn their hand to a bit of everything and take pride in getting the job done properly. The right person will: Have carpentry/building experience Have a current Australian driver’s licence Have their own basic tools Be able to work independently without constant supervision Be reliable, punctual and take pride in their work Have valuable attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Be able to assess a job, work out what is required and get stuck into it Have positive communication skills with clients, tenants and other trades Be able to manage multiple small jobs and work productively throughout the day Be physically fit and comfortable with general maintenance work Be willing to help across a range of building tasks when required White Card required Trade qualification preferred, but experience will be considered The work No two days are exactly the same. Work can include: General carpentry repairs Doors,



frames and hardware Skirting, architraves and mouldings Plasterboard repairs General building maintenance Bathroom and kitchen refurbishment Minor renovations and refurbishments Defect/rectification works Silicone and finishing work General repairs and make-positive works You need to be someone who can walk into a job, work out what needs doing and get it done without needing to be babysat.
