About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Mackay team.

Responsibilities
Efficient and effective management of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Lead, supervise and develop a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture
Effective quality control and assurance to ensure all warehouse operations meet client, company and industry standards
Control, track and complete warehouse records and paperwork to ensure documented compliance.
Uphold and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and ensure a secure work environment
Maintain and nurture effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to ensure efficiency, alignment and desired outcomes.

Desirables
Current forklift ticket
Knowledge/experience of earthmoving equipment

Required
National Police Certificate (also known as a National Police Check) or willingness to obtain
Able to complete a Pre Employment Medical Assessment

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
