Mayflower Brighton is seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to guide our nursing and care team within a defined area of the residential aged care facility. You will oversee clinical services, manage resources and mentor RNs, ENs and PCAs to deliver person-centred, protected care.

You will report to the Care Manager, drive assessments and care plans, ensure medication safety, and collaborate with residents, families and allied health specialists to maintain high-quality care.
